Meet Tyrone

Dedicated to making yoga accessible to every body, Tyrone fosters connection through movement, breath, and storytelling. His classes blend Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative, and Yin with music, humour, and heart. Deeply engaged in community, he creates spaces where students feel at ease, explore with curiosity, and reconnect with themselves.
Where I teach

You can find me teaching Friday nights at 7pm at Slow Medicine Co, guiding Reconnect—a grounding Hatha-Vinyasa class designed to help you unwind, feel your body, and come back to yourself. I also regularly sub across the weekly schedule.

Training and Specialization

I completed my 200-hour training in 2024 with Toronto Yoga Co, and continue to deepen my path through teaching and practice. I offer Hatha, Slow Flow, Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin, and Sound Baths classes—often incorporating my cedar flute for meditative sound experiences. My classes often explore yoga philosophy, personal themes, and reflection. I also continue to study meditation with a teacher privately and bring that presence into every offering.
